Business Development Representative (Portuguese)
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team, with a focus on the Brazilian market. You’ll engage potential clients through multiple communication channels, manage outreach campaigns, and ensure a smooth transition of opportunities to sales and event recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent engagement with prospects.
Support recruitment for marketing or sales events as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B prospecting, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Strong background in cold calling and handling objections.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Portuguese fluency (85%+) and good English proficiency.
Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work toward targets.
Basic understanding of IT products and services or eagerness to learn in a technical environment.
Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools is an advantage.
