Job Summary:

Seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic Marketing team. This role is ideal for a candidate with foundational marketing experience and strong digital skills, looking to deepen their expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Marketing Coordinator will focus on content creation, social media, and digital marketing efforts across our luxury apartment portfolio. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in content creation, social media management, digital marketing support, and ensuring brand consistency, helping to drive lead generation and resident engagement
Areas such as event planning, outreach, and administrative support will be introduced gradually, allowing the selected candidate to grow into these responsibilities with guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Content Creation & Management:
o    Assist in creating engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), blog articles, website updates, email newsletters, and property-specific flyers/brochures.
o    Gather and organize visual assets (photos, videos) for marketing use, coordinating with properties and external vendors as needed.
o    Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

•    Social Media Management:
o    Schedule and publish content across all relevant social media channels, monitoring performance and engaging with comments/messages.
o    Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.
o    Monitor and supplement community-level social media efforts. Provide guidance and best practices and ensure professional grammar, spelling, and brand standards are maintained.

•    Digital Marketing Support:
o    Assist with website updates, ensuring accuracy of information, specials, and photos on property websites.
o    Monitor online listings (ILs) to ensure consistent and compelling property presence. 
o    Conduct frequent audits of “digital curb appeal”.
o    Help implement and track digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) under the guidance of the Marketing Director.

•    Brand & Collateral Support:
o    Ensure brand consistency and appeal across all marketing materials, both digital and print.
o    Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral for properties, including promotional flyers, signage, and resident communications.
o    Coordinate property photoshoots and video tours, as well as headshots for key personnel.

•    Analytics & Reporting:
o    Assist in tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics (e.g., social media engagement, website traffic, lead sources).
o    Derive insights to help optimize engagement with future content and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

o    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and compelling copywriting.
o    Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o    Proactive, self-motivated, and a creative problem-solver.
o    Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to taking on new responsibilities as the role evolves.
o    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
o    1-2 years of experience in a marketing role. 
o    Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and best practices.
o    Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a significant plus.
o    Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., CRM IQ, Yardi, RealPage) and marketing automation tools preferred.
o    Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles is a plus.

Note: This role begins with a clear focus on core marketing responsibilities. Over time, and with appropriate support, the coordinator may gradually take on additional tasks such as event planning and project coordination. This gradual growth is based on individual readiness and team needs, making it a great fit for someone who is motivated to develop their skills within a collaborative environment.
