Customer Service Representative - Temporary
Join our team as a Holiday Season Customer Service Expert and become the frontline ambassador for our retail client. You’ll deliver outstanding customer support in a lively call center environment, handling interactions across phone, live chat, and email to ensure every customer receives prompt, professional, and caring assistance.
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma (minimum requirement).
At least 1 year of experience in retail or BPO customer service.
Advanced English skills — both written and spoken.
Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
A positive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.

Compensation: $700 per month
Location: This is an on-site role at Paseo General Escalón #5550, Edificio Colabora, San Salvador.
