Join our team as a Holiday Season Customer Service Expert and become the frontline ambassador for our retail client. You’ll deliver outstanding customer support in a lively call center environment, handling interactions across phone, live chat, and email to ensure every customer receives prompt, professional, and caring assistance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma (minimum requirement).

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or BPO customer service.

  • Advanced English skills — both written and spoken.

  • Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • A positive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.

  • Commitment to representing our values of Love, Respect, and Integrity.

Compensation: $700 per month

Location: This is an on-site role at Paseo General Escalón #5550, Edificio Colabora, San Salvador.
