Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Marketing Analyst to join our Commercial Team. This role focuses exclusively on cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, with the goal of attracting qualified leads and converting them into clients. Additionally, the Outbound Marketing Analyst will support the Commercial Team’s Partners Initiative by identifying and engaging other BPOs that are interested in forming strategic partnerships to serve clients collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads, engage prospects, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients based on predefined criteria to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Commercial Team Support: Work closely with the Commercial Team to align outreach efforts with business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Partners Initiative Outreach: Identify and reach out to BPOs interested in partnering with our company to serve mutual clients effectively.
  • CRM & HubSpot Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups within HubSpot.
  • Performance Optimization: Track and analyze outreach metrics to continuously improve strategies and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency in brand communication.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in cold outreach, sales development, or lead generation.
  • Native English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Highly extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient and persistent attitude with a positive mindset.
  • Sales-driven approach with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for managing outreach and tracking performance.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation.
  • Understanding of the BPO industry and strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
