Uassist.Me is evolving into a tech-first company, and we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to bridge operations and technology. This is a hands-on role for a natural problem solver who loves improving systems through automation, integration, and lean development.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Building & Integration

  • Design and implement internal tools using no-code/low-code or full-stack platforms (e.g., Supabase, Retool, Firebase)

  • Integrate platforms such as HubSpot, CRMs, VoIP systems, and reporting tools using APIs, Zapier, Make, etc.

  • Build lightweight client-facing dashboards, portals, or tracking systems

2. Implementation & Support

  • Support tech aspects of client onboarding to ensure smooth tool and workflow setup

  • Act as a bilingual point of contact for basic technical implementations and integrations

  • Partner with operations, sales, and HR to resolve workflow inefficiencies using tech

3. Project Coordination

  • Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery

  • Document processes and create simple user manuals or onboarding guides

  • Coordinate with freelance developers or external vendors as needed

4. Automation & Efficiency

  • Identify and automate repetitive tasks across departments

  • Continuously monitor and improve internal tooling and integrations


🧩 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable juggling technical work with cross-team collaboration

  • Enjoys fast-paced environments and solving real business problems

  • Understands how to balance speed, scalability, and security


🛠️ Required Skills

  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Retool, Supabase, Airtable, Zapier)

  • Working knowledge of APIs and basic scripting (JavaScript, Python, Node.js)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Supabase)

  • Solid grasp of software integration, automation, and internal tooling

  • Experience supporting or managing SaaS tools (CRM, Helpdesk, VoIP, BI, etc.)

  • Understanding of data privacy and security practices (MFA, access control, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish


🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years in technical implementation, IT coordination, or software support

  • Experience in service-based companies, contact centers, or BPOs

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Google Workspace, Power BI
