Experienced

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Field Operations Coordinator to lead and streamline service and installation activities across multiple teams and locations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the field — from schedule optimization and team resourcing to client satisfaction and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize service and installation schedules across multiple teams and sites.

  • Serve as the operational lead for all fieldwork, ensuring crews have clear work orders, proper tools, and required materials.

  • Monitor and enhance field team efficiency, job quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead post-installation efforts — including follow-ups, feedback collection, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Ensure seamless coordination between operations, sales, and facilities/maintenance teams.

  • Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to streamline project timelines and improve service delivery.

  • Use tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, or similar platforms to manage workflows and communications.

  • Track and report service KPIs, including project delays, team capacity, and recurring customer issues.

  • Ensure field teams are trained, supported, and aligned with New Earth Solutions’ standards of excellence.

  • Assist in onboarding and training new site staff and field technicians.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in field operations or service coordination, ideally in landscaping, plantscaping, or construction.

  • Proven expertise in scheduling, logistics, and operations planning.

  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and clients.

  • Hands-on experience with task management/scheduling tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ServiceTitan).

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on service quality and retention.

  • Effective leadership and team motivation skills with the ability to coach site teams.

  • Calm, solution-oriented problem solver under pressure.

  • Willingness and ability to travel to Canada on a quarterly basis for team events.
