We are seeking a Sales Account Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts through relationship-driven sales. This role focuses on developing long-term client partnerships, managing ongoing sales opportunities, and driving consistent revenue through repeat and high-value orders.

The ideal candidate understands B2B sales cycles, is comfortable managing multiple business accounts, and excels at maintaining continuous communication with clients across various channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing B2B accounts

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term growth and retention

  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with business clients and buying stakeholders

  • Handle product availability, pricing, alternatives, and shipping inquiries

  • Negotiate and close bulk and high-value sales orders

  • Maintain consistent follow-up to support ongoing purchasing cycles

  • Communicate with clients via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp

  • Follow established sales processes and SOPs to:

    • Handle objections

    • Provide accurate product and shipping details

    • Track opportunities and account activity

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and resolve issues promptly

  • Monitor and report on account performance, pipeline status, and sales results

Hiring Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong English communication and comprehension skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or international account management

  • Experience managing international accounts

  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

  • Experience selling one or more of the following:

    • Consumer electronics

    • Gaming consoles

    • Small home appliances

    • Laptops or similar technology products

  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to after-sales follow-up

  • Consistent achievement of KPIs (revenue, calls, deals closed, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interest or knowledge in technology devices (professional or personal)

  • Experience managing US, Canada, or LATAM accounts within the last 3 years

  • Experience handling pipelines of 100+ accounts

  • Familiarity with structured sales processes, SOPs, and scripts
