Real Estate Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Data Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of our real estate database, conducting property research, and supporting our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM software, skip tracing tools, and data analysis platforms, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Cleaning and Maintenance
- Regularly review and clean the real estate database by removing duplicates, outdated entries, and irrelevant contacts to ensure a high-quality, up-to-date database.
Contact Verification and Validation
- Reach out to contacts via phone or email to verify their information, ensuring that the database reflects accurate and current details.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track lead data.
Data Completion
- Identify and fill in any missing or incomplete data fields, including contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses, to maintain comprehensive and actionable records.
Skip Tracing
- Use skip tracing tools (e.g., TLOxp, REI Skip) to locate updated contact information for leads with missing or outdated details.
Property Research and Tracking
- Conduct research on properties coming up for auction or foreclosure, gathering information on property status, market value, and relevant auction dates.
- Stay informed on local real estate trends and property listings through MLS, Zillow, and other research tools.
Lead Prospecting
- Identify potential leads and opportunities by researching real estate markets, property listings, and other sources for high-potential contacts.
- Assist the sales team by providing timely, high-quality leads for outreach and engagement.
Organizing and Reporting Data Insights
- Organize research findings and provide weekly or monthly reports on data accuracy, property research updates, and prospecting insights.
- Present data-driven insights to inform the sales and acquisition teams' strategies.
Assist with Research for Targeted Marketing
- Compile lists of property owners, potential buyers, and other prospects for use in targeted marketing and outreach campaigns, based on verified and cleaned data.
Maintaining Data Integrity and Compliance
- Ensure that all data-handling processes comply with industry standards and legal requirements (e.g., GDPR), ensuring data privacy and accuracy at all times.
Key Skills and Tools:
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing lead data.
- Strong experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with skip tracing tools (e.g., TLOxp, REI Skip) for locating updated contact information.
- Knowledge of property research platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow) for real estate and market data.
- Experience with data cleaning and accuracy software (e.g., OpenRefine).
- Excellent communication skills, including outreach via phone, email, and VoIP systems.
- A solid understanding of data privacy laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR).

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
- Experience in real estate data management, lead generation, or related fields is a plus.
