We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through various communication channels, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our sales representatives. You will also assist in recruitment efforts for events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to generate leads.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
- Conduct follow-up calls and manage calendars to ensure timely meetings.
- Assist in recruitment activities for company events by reaching out to potential candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to optimize lead conversion and event participation.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Cold Calling Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.
