We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through various communication channels, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our sales representatives. You will also assist in recruitment efforts for events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to generate leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and manage calendars to ensure timely meetings.
  • Assist in recruitment activities for company events by reaching out to potential candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to optimize lead conversion and event participation.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Cold Calling Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.
